backup not writing

hi all,

i am experinecing an issue here. i am running this policy and it has been like this for the last 4 hours, it is actually not writing anything/ what can i do?

Is it a full backup ? What's the client OS version ? NBU version ?

its an incremental backup, NBU 6.5.1 running on windows 2003.

You should check if there's disk activity in the activity monitor. Did you enable VSS snaps ?

there is no disk activity on the activity monitor. VSS snaps is not enabled.

You should enable bpbkar logs on the client and see if it not stuck on a locked/corrupt file.

I have had jobs hang like that when we have a full drive on the client and the vsp file has no room left.

I'm having the same problem on multiple clients so I know it isn't disk space and I have VSS disabled.  Any other ideas?  I will enabled the bpbkar logs and maybe that will tell me something.
