So if you drill down into those two directories are there actually any files in them?

Three things to check here:
1. Check the client names are correct - I see fin and findell here with the old "no data or the r" message indicatiung host name resolution issues.
2. Check that your time / date format is correct (i.e. that you request is not for 12th April rather than 4th December)
3. Also open the BAR GUI or restore section of the console to make sure that the files and clients selected for that date range exist
How did you fire this restore off? (command line / console?)

Hi Mark,
restoration is fired through console.
Actually the tape is from another location and we have done 1st and 2nd level import to get the image so
host name is does not exisit for this NBU coz its from another location and we have added manually.
even I can see client name's images in image folder

I cannot seen your screenshot for some reason
So do you have the source client set as fin or findell?
What is the destination client set as?
BAR GUI screen shot (so that the title bar can be seen as well) would be good

Your start and end date/time are the same. I doubt your backups can complete within zero seconds.

Please ensure that you have bprd log file on the master. It actually provides more useful info than bpdbm. It provides logging of the browse criteria, all relevant hostnames, etc.
Please post screenshot as attachment (don't just paste in the body of the post - it will be visible when you paste, but not saved with the text...)

Hi All,
I have attached the bar GUI, image, preview list in one screenshot
restoration is initiated from master's bar gui...
only following lins gets added in bprd logs..
bprd: Az handle cache read 14

Just had a closer look at the scren shot - can you confirm that this is from a RAW Partition backups?
What sort of backup should it be from (how was the original backup taken?)
#edit#
Is it also intentional to be re-directing then to the Master Server?

You need to restart NBU on master server after enabling bprd log (or at least the NBU Request service).
You will see all list/browse actions, comms with bpdbm, selection criteria, hostnames, etc being logged in bprd.
