Hello,
We are facing issue with TS2900 Storate,
While taking backup from NTbackup utility it showing "BUS RESET" error
We have tring updated drivers, but still same error.
OS Windows 2003 SP2 64 Bit.

NTBackup is not a NetBackup feature, Symantec also do not support the TS2900 hardware, so you need to engage your OS/Hardware vendors (IBM) for support.

This is not a NetBackup issue. NTBackup is OS backup utility - not Symantec NetBackup.
You REALLY need to log a call with your OS team and your hardware support team.

See my post above. If I went to Microsoft about a Playstation issue, what do you think they would say?
Same scenario here from your original description. Symantec do not support your software or hardware as stated.

SCSI BUS RESET are hardware related. There is not setting in any type of backup software that will fix that error.
