am having a bit of an issue with destaging from disk to tape, some jobs take forever to complete. There are no issues writing to the tape drives, since jobs which dont use disk staging complete in good time. what i have noticed though is that when the job being destaged is larger than the value specified in staging_job_kb_limt, it takes forever, 8 hours to destage around 160GB to an LTO2 drive isnt normal i beleive
