vmcheckxxx command without root account

Please, is there any way to enable an user to run vmcheckxxx command without root account ?

I'm not saying it's impossible, but the ways I'm thinking it can be done would involve seriously compromising the security of your machine, so instead of making a suggestion along THOSE lines, you're probably best off installing some type of sudo package and allowing access to vmcheckxxx through that mechanism.
