why I can not get bpkar logs by using bpgetdebuglog

Hi Team,

I have tried to get bpbkar log by using bpgetdebuglog. But unable to get remain all logs under "/usr/openv/netbackup/logs " able to see logs.

Master,Media  are NBU 6.5.6  OS Sun 5.10

client  are NBU 6.5.6  OS windows 2003 ( Vmware)

Client's bpbkar log is needed to troubleshoot problems with client backup.

Extract from Commands manual:

/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/admincmd/bpgetdebuglog remote_machine [remote_program mmddyy]

EXAMPLES
/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/admincmd/bpgetdebuglog peony bpcd 071202

You do need the directories to exist on the client so that the logs are created when the process runs and can then be gathered:

/usr/openv/netbackup/logs/bpcd/

/usr/openv/netbackup/logs/bpbkar/

etc...
