All common event logs

Hello,

I am in the middle of rolling out Veritas Storage Foundation for Windows 5.1 SP2 - and in dicussions with my montoring contact he requires a list of all common event log messages for this product so then we can work out which ones we need to get called out for or alerted or not.

Does anyone know any article that shows all this or some similar information?

Hi Lara400,

We have a list of events that VCS uses on the media in the \Tools\cluster_server\EventIds folder.  But I don't see a similar items for SFW on the media.

We do have an Agent Pack for MOM 2005 and Operations Manager 2007 for both SFW and VCS.  They are on the media in the \MOMPacks folder.
