SF5 Basic License error help

Mikeal
Not applicable
Ok, we have SF5 Basic installed on a box and hit the volume limit which caused the error pasted below.  Since then we've cleaned up VM and brought our total back down to 4 volumes which are all running vxfs.  The box only has 2 physical CPUs.  After rebooting and attempting to reread the license we still receive the error.

My question is how do we get VM to realize we are back in compliance and stop spitting out the error after every vx command?  I am not looking to side step the licensing, I want to either reread an internal DB or edit a file to make vxvm realize the extra diskgroup and volumes are now gone.

Any and all help appreciated.

Mike

Hello Mikeal,

You mention VM - are you using SF for Linux or is this for a GSX server?  Thanks.
