Solaris 10/SF 5.0 SFORA dbed_update ERROR V-81-6550

Hi All,

I have another problem with dbed_update.

I have installed SF for Oracle 5.0 on Solaris 10.

Then I have installed Oracle 10gR2 and I've created database on vxfs volume by dbca utility.

At the end I have configured listener by lsnrctl tool.

It seems that Oracle works fine. I've checked it connecting by http://host:1158/em.

As oracle user I run command:

-bash-3.00$ dbed_update -S $ORACLE_SID -H $ORACLE_HOME                              
[Sybase][ODBC Driver]Data source not found and no default driver specified (IM002).
SFORA dbed_update ERROR V-81-6550 Could not connect to repository database.

Does anybody know what is the problem?

Ok I have resolved that issue.

I have just forgotten to configure repository using sfua_db_config.

Before executing this command vxfs volume must be created and mounted. On this volume SFORA store Oracle database repository.

I am posting issues and resolved it a day later. That's strange :) but I hope maybe my problems might help somebody in future.
