BESR 2010 Unable to edit Volume Alert Policy

I'm trying to create a new Volume Alert Policy, I'm able to create it but once I try to edit the new policy (and the Default policy also)   I get this error:

Does the Altiris Event Log Viewer contain more detailed information ?

Are you able to edit any of the configuration policies?

Maybe an error in the table that holds the volumes ?

I'm able to edit all the policies except those Volume Alert related
