BESR 8.0 Installation on MS Cluster

Hi,

I am wanting to know if BESR Manager 8.0 can be installed on a MS cluster and be cluster aware. The client wants Backup Exec 12.5 installed in a cluster for resliance along with BESR Manager. Is this supported if so is there any documentation on the configuration of it. I am already aware of the pdf about protecting a clustered server, if the procedure is the same then I will follow that.

Also on another note. Can BEXEC CPS 12.5 be installed in a MS cluster and if so how does it perform and again is there any documentation on this?

BESR Manager is not cluster aware. The console will see each node and a separate BESR client. It is recommended that you use BESR clients with the BESR Manager, as BE 12.5 has not been fully integrated with BESR Manager.
