I have an installation of BESR 8.0.2.26324 which has been playing up since first installed. Since the initial install was made, an image has been used to move the system to new hardware. This went without a hitch but since then, despite reinstalling BESR, it often sits a 5% for days and doesn't report that there is an issue so it is not until I login again that I find it hasn't been working.
If I cancel the operation it makes no difference and the only way to get into it agian is to restart the service, sometimes I need to kill the process. Then when it is restarted I frequently get "scanning disks" for ever. The only way I have found to recover from this state is the reboot the Windows 2003 server.
The latest I have had is it freezing part way through an image reporting "Unable to retrieve information from the agent: Access Denied"
I really don't know where to go from here. Any help would be appreciated.
