BESR Server Edition Automatically Starts on Log-in

Can soemone please tell me how to stop the application from automatically running on start-up?

Hello,

Is it possible that a backup job has been set to run on a certain event trigger, such as when a user logs on to the computer?

Also, when the application runs, if you mouse over the tray icon, what exactly does it say it is doing?

This is an upgrade from v6.5 to 7.0. I have no backup jobs configured to start on log-in. They are all scheduled backups. This issue did not occur in v6.5.

Although I have the "Show system tray icon" checked, I have no system tray icon.

The Backup Exec System Recovery service is started and set to automatic.

MSCONFIG shows VProTray in Startup and it is checked.

VProConsole_.exe does not exist in Startup.

Hello,

At this point I'll have to refer you to support.  This is the frist time I've heard of this issue.  You could also update to the recently released BESR 7.01 service pack and see if that addresses the issue.
