The schedule for Mon-Fri is as follows.

Drive backup of (C:\ ) - 20:00
Drive backup of Second VHD (C:\DATA\DDRIVE\) - 22:00

So you need to check to see what time the backup for C finishes then. If its still running at 22:00, you will need to move the 2nd job to later than 22:00.

I've delayed the start of the second task by 20mins.
