EasyInstaller on SBS 2003 fails

Hello

I triy to install BESR 8.5 Agent on an SBS 2003 Server with EasyInstaller. SBS 2003 SP2, SEP 11.3, SEP Manager, SBE Remote Agent12.5, Papercut Print Log installed. Before there was also BESR 8.0 installed which i manually uninstalled before the first use of EasyInstaller.exe. 

The Installation fails while cleaning up with the error message (translated from german) 'The File Download for the symantec Software-Installation has faild as the server is busy. Please try again later. You find protocols in ...'.

Of course I tried again later several times (disabled SEP, restarted Server, used low load time in the night) but no change in behaviour...

I have de same prtoblem, can´t install easy installer management control.
I install de BESR 8.5.5 but not the management so i could not view in my BESR console
I have one server with the console and install in a remote server the BESR 8.5.5 and try unsuccessfuly the management, i follow the steps in documents links above without solution I still haven't see in my console
Daniel Boelsterli did you solve your problem.? I will regards any suggestions or tips
