Error 127 when Browser.exe is executed

Hello,

I want install Symantec System Recovery 2013 on a computer which is running Windows XP (SP1 with 512MB) but I receive an error "127" when Browser.exe is executed.

I tried the same source on an other PC and it works.

Update XP with atleast SP2, if not SP3. (As XP with only SP1 isn't supported)
