Windows 2008 Foundation is not supported with BESR 2010. It is supported with SSR 2011. Please refer to the SCL links below:

SSR 2011: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH157280

BESR 2010: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH137684

Hello Mr Riley,

that means that DELL sold a not supported Product to us?

Do you thinks that causes the errors? because it work 1 year fine!

It looks that way, yes.

I'm not saying that is the reason for the errors. I'm just telling you that it's not supported with BESR 2010 so you wont be able to get support from Symantec until you upgrade to SSR 2011 - that would be my recommendation to you.
