Hi,

Kindly go through the following points, it might work.

Update BackupExec System Recovery to the 6.5.2 version

Apply the VSS patch from Microsoft.

Update the system BIOS to the most current version

I'm having this same issue as well. Any update?

I'm running it on an XP Pro SP2 OS installed on a MS Virtual PC.

We tested SSR on a VM last week w/ no issues.

We have version 6.5.0.17171 installed.
