Hello,
I am trying to install symantec system recovery 2011.
The server already has a previous version of backup exec system recovery installed.
It also has endpoint installed.
I received a warning that I had to remove the previous version of system recovery.
Sadly, I cannot remove the previous version due to an error in the uninstall process.
Hence I followed this article http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH66685.
I then proceeded withe install and received this message.
file c:\program files (x86)\symantec\backup exec system recovery\agent\spnregister.dll can not be found. Make sure the file is on target system or installed already.
I'm going around in a loop. Any suggestions.
