Hi,

I am having a problem when trying to add a new management control package to create an easy installer.

I select "Tools", "Create East Installer", "Add Package", select "Management Control" and tell the wizard to copy the files from CD. when I click finish it starts to copy files, but then gives me the following error

Is this on a Windows 2008 server? If yes, this is a known issue:

Er, I did not say that a re-install would fix this (unless you re-install on Windows 2003).
