LiveUpdate doesn't find any BESR Updates

We have several BESR installs "in the field" that don't get any updates. LiveUpdate just doesn't find any available updates for BESR. LiveUpdate doesn't show any error messages.

One in particular is a 8.5.1.xxxx version.

Any suggestions?
