We have several BESR installs "in the field" that don't get any updates. LiveUpdate just doesn't find any available updates for BESR. LiveUpdate doesn't show any error messages. One in particular is a 8.5.1.xxxx version. Any suggestions?

Our post command performs an action (disconnects a share) that disconnects BESR from the backup file it just created. This causes BESR to report an error and to be unaware of that backup file. Is this behavior by design?  

Is it possible to verify an existing recovery point using the BESR 8.5 console?

What TCP/UDP ports are used when the BESR 8.5 GUI connects to another machine? Are they different than the ones used by the BESR Manager?
