No computers are shown in BESR 2010-MS console

 I have installed BESR 2010 MS and successfully deploy Altiris agent and BESR 2010 to computers remotely. Backup policies are defined and successfully applied to computers with the default filters. But according to the admin guide, I should be able to see computers and manipulate them through "Manage Tasks" > "Computers" in the BESR2010-MS console. But in my console, it always display "0 Computers Found" or "No results found". Did I make any mistake on configuration? How can I have the view to manage all BESR installed server centrally?

Have you tried clicking on the refresh button (icon with 2 arrows just above 'License Status' in your first screen shot)?

 Yes, it display "Reading filter results" and show "no results found" again.
