No mouse or keyboard after system recovery

Hi,

I'm evaluating System Recovery for SBS and trying to do a test restore to a similar server.

BESR seems to do the restore ok (I used the recover to dissimilar hardware option) but once the Server boots into the OS the keyboard and mouse stop working so I can't do anything - even if safe mode.

So far I've tried removing the registry keys for the drivers by booting with the SRD and it looks as the Windows puts the drivers back at boot, but currently I still can't do anything useful.

If you are using BESR 8.51 try holding down the SHIFT key when selecting the Restore Anyware option.; deselect all options in the pop-up window that appears. Finish the restore options and allow the system to reboot; do you have better success this time? Is the keyboard and mouse directly connected or connected through a hub/KVM switch?
