Obnoxious Feature in BESR

I noticed that after using BESR for a 1 time backup, it continues to try to connect to the backups device. If that is a network share and you had to login to it using your account information that could create big problems by locking out your account on the domain. I used BESR to backup about 10 machines on a networked resource, then rebooted the machines, and I was locked out of my account on the domain. This is becuase the network saw 10 machines loging into a resource as me, so it suspected a virus or security breech. Indeed caching someone's credentials unbeknown to the user is a security breech, and I would consider it a bug in the Symantec software. Even if you completely remove a backup job it continues to try to connect as you. I find this to be a very obnoxious feature.

This issue is already being looked into here at Symantec. BESR basically does not drop it's connection to the backup destination device, even after the backup finishes.

I'll post back here when I get more news on this.
