RHEL Linux OS restoration

Due to Hard disk replacement, I had reinstalled complete OS. We have 2 LVM's rootvg and appsvg created and /boot and /swap in our environment. All file systems /var /root /tmp /opt /usr are created in rootvg and /opt/apps with 20G size and /opt/bkpagent with 10G size (But No data, its empty) are created in appsvg. We are using Netbackup server 6.5 server as a backup/restore tool in our environment. Before reinstall of OS I had taken complete "/" backup and after reinstall of new OS, I restored complete "/" from tape, including all the file systems available. After restart of server, while checking the file systems all file systems shows clean except /opt/bkpagent (Which is empty) with error as run e2fsck -b option and also to run fsck.ext3, and enters in to Repair mode. After I enter to repair mode, I am unable to edit fstab as it is read only mode. Please suggest how to solve this, this is more critical as its one of our production server.
