Restoring Dynamic Disks on a new server

I'm trying to recover a machine from 5 Live state images.
5 Livestate images were taken as ONE backup job.

According to this document :
http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/322695.htm
I should be able to restore an image to UNKNOWN file system after conversion...
THIS IS NOT AN OPTION. Getting an error :
"
TARGET DRIVE : INVALID
ERROR EC950006
The Destination is not valid error E0BB00A7
The operation is not supported on disk groups of this type "

This is a LAYOUT of the server ,Live server.

I have backup of only Dynamic disk, I do not backup H:\ Drive since it's just a Page file partition.

When I try to restore these partitions to a BLANK disk, it initialize the drive FINE, but then , it creates for each partition PRIMARY Partition.
so, I add 4 partitions and the rest can not be added due to a rule that only 4 primary partitions can exist.

I tried to restore just one Partition C:\ - FAIL

Did anyone here performed restoration of Dynamic disk ? I would really appreciate for any hints !
Thanks .

You can restore an image of a dynamic disk to a basic disc and then convert it later.   Personally I would leave them as basic disks, since you appear to have no software RAID setup, and your partition sizes really wouldn't benefit from other dynamic disk features.

It is not uncommon to get target drive invalid erros when restorin multilple partitions en masse.  Try restoring each drive individually again, but with basic disks.  There should be no need to reboot the SRD every time.  Just run each recovery within the same booted session
