Symantec System Recovery 2011 backup to remote windows servers

i have a delicated windows 2003 r2 server with 2TB external hard disk shared out with all levels privileges

a total of another 6 windows servers 2003/2008 will backup their C drive to the above windows server external hard disk

recently after we upgrade our SEP12 and SSR2011,it kept encounter error EBAB03F1 and E7D10041

the directory do not exist, would you like to create

and kept prompting to enter network id and password

all the windows servers has Symantec Enpoint protection 12.1(SEP12) and Sysmantec System Recovery 2011(SSR2011) installed

can anyone help us out ?
