We have a server that had version 6.5 installed of System Recovery; when we try to install version 8 a popup message appears saying 'unable to load dll'
Below is an extract from the install logfile which mentioned an error.
For version 7 there is a file that will completely uninstall a version 7 system recovery, is there a file like this for version 6.5 (we had similar error messages when upgrading from version 6.5 to verison 7 on other servers but we don't have the file anymore).
