Can't Create SRD, no option to

I downloaded BESRO as a trial and trying to put it through its paces to make sure it is what we need before purchasing the licenses. I'm trying to create a System Recovery Disk since it was a download and I have no media. It the guide it keeps saying that I can create a disk if I lost it but it says for me to place the original SRD in the drive first. Doesn't make sense if I lost it. How do I create a SRD?
