Vista + Backup Failures

I am having this problem with numerous Vista Business SP1 machines.  The same backup job runs fine on XP machines, no errors.  Is there some setting I need to adjust in Vista?  Firewall is disabled, passwords are accurate.

Cannot create recovery points for job: NH G2c Tuesday Backup 9pm. Win32/Win64 API [WindowsComputer::MakeSnapVolumeWriteable]  DeviceIoControl( FSCTL_LOCK_VOLUME, \\?\SymantecSnapshot0 ) failed. Access is denied.
