Unfortunately, there is no way we can recover the password. 

http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO13716 states :

"If you forget the password. (In such cases, you must uninstall, and then reinstall the console and the server software.) Store the password in a secure place; Symantec has no method for restoring a password to the server."
