restore anywhere?

I am restoreing a server and the use restore anyoption is not listed and the preserver domain token is greyed out. Any ideas? BTW it software has a lic

Hi,
 
What version do you use? Before version 7.0 you had to have separate license for Restore Anywhere Option and until you installed that license, your images created with BESR will not have restore anywhere. Also, if you are trying to recover from some older image that is created without Restore Anywhere license in place, even that you now have licenses, you will not be able to do Restore Anywhere.
 
Note: Restore Anywhere is activated on source server and is included in image file - SRD just read the image and if there is activated Restore Anywhere you will have it as on option.
