Thanks Marianne, that is correct MS-Windows policy trying to do Shadow Copy and C: backups. I will get these logs enabled and run the job and then report back.

After looking into our VM logging it looks that we are receiving errors quiescing the drives to these servers. I have opened a ticket with our VMWare support and will report back on our findings.
