Is there an option to turn off Tape Spanning? I would really like my backups to fail instead of having them continue to another days tape if someone happens to put a new tape and the job is over the capacity of one tape. Thanks!

Bumping the service does seem to fix the problem temporarily, would you suggest I just add a post script to the job to bump the altiris service to ensure it updates correctly or is there something else I can look at? Brian
