Just as a matter of interest for all. Service Pack 4 fixed many issues including a Backup Exec job engine hung condition. Not to say that this fixed the issue at hand. Regards, Jon.

Are the media server and the DC in the same domain ? if they are not, then make sure that the account you are using to connect to the DC has the right credentials. DOMAIN\userid Regards, Jon.

The above link by Suchart does not work. Make sure that within LiveUpdate that you are downloading product updates. BESR 8.5.5 is only downloadable from liveupdate.
