E Vault clients have OST files that grow up to 20GB

We believe this has something to do with E-Vault, we are using 7.5 EV currently and we don't have the option to upgrade at this time. Any idea what could be causing this?

E Vaulted Items are only displaying HALF of the content, rest gets cut off

How do I get it so that  a user can see the ENTIRE e-vaulted message? We are using Outlook 2007 and Exchange 2003. What do I need to check or correct? Thank you

There was an error loading this item - Some functionality may not be available. When I click on the grey area, a pop up comes on and says "The attempt to connect to the server failed" The user sees some of it, but not an entire message in Outlook 200...

SAV Scan interupting E Vault Backup

We are using Symantec E-Vault, and when we are attempting to back it up, it seems to coincide with a scheduled SAV scan. When the SAV scan runs, the backup stops. Does anyone have any idea why this may be occurring?

Is there anyway to make E Vaulted items look more like outlook?
