Hello, We have opened the port 10000 in both ways for NDMP backups. But they are still failing in the end they are stuck. Do you know what we can try ?

Yes we have the buffers set to 16. If we set they to 32 or more then backups always fail with 83. Our problem is that it is failing after one week, after the reboot of media servers.
