Support person from EV looked and went through user outlook, user has hundreds folders and thousands of emails archived and shortcuts. due to too many ev shortcuts user mailbox looks full.

I sorted out by increasing his mailbox size by 200mb in Exchange 2003 and next day i logged in Now i can see the icons, archived around 500mb of emails, working fine.
