I have a Job that backups my virtualMachines directly on a tape. After finished another job makes a copy to another tape, because of differential retention periods.
Is it possible to write out the datas paralell on two tapes?

I had problems with my discspace on c:
So I have moved the catalogfiles from c:\ to f:\ with Tools > Options > Catalog
But my Logfiles-Folder (c:\program files\symantec\backup exec\logs) is about 60GB.
I want to move this folder also to f:\. W...

1) Auf allen Windowsserver auf denen ein Agent läuft sollen alle Festplatten gesichert werdern.
2) Danach möchte ich noch für alle Systeme Ausnahmen wie zb \\*\*\$Recycle.bin\ setzten....
I can only select one:

run according to the schedule

My policy is:
"daily backup full of vmware-machines" to tape [0034..0044]
copy daily:
- Template: daily backup full of vmware-machines
- Media and Device:
Target: tape [0010..0021]
Mediaset: "daily"
...
My Files are named with SERVERNAME-bengineXX-XXX.log. All Logfiles have 20MB.
For one day I have about 15 logfiles. The oldest I found are 10 Month.
