Can it be that the problem is not coming from the drive, since I looked at the error in more detail and it is showing from the source:

Imosla when I try to do the wizard it says: 'Unable to find Backup Exec Installation on Server. Ensure that the proper credentials.......'
and I am sure it is authenticating in a good way as it will tell you incorrect password if you enter a bad pass...

I did not find any .dr in the data folder and neither did I find in the joblog something related to the .dr file.
Any idea what could be the problem?

Hi Sush, the error is irrelevant, it could be any. Like for example if the disk is full it cannot be completed and the 1st job will stay trying to run. Then I want to cancell, but as i said i have to stay restarting the services.
I waited for hours and still it didnt complete the cancelling!! i dont know what is wrong! but to cancel them I have to restart the services! do you have any other solution??
