Issus is now resolved.There was actually a security issue on the server as a result when we try to re- install the client the session exit from the server.So we cop the software and put it in the /usr/openv.Afterwards the installation went successful...

I am not getting why Media Sever is taking tppdl1p-bk..But i want to tell you we need only tppdl1p-bk bcoz its the backup interface and we want Master Server /Media Server should connect to bk interface not tppdl1p.ufps.att.com.
