It is more than one piece of mail it is multiple pieces of mail....I am going to run fixup on the user mailbox.

Thanks for the comments. Did searches on Google prior to submiting here, I checked the acl of mailboxes that works and compared to the one that is broken. In addition check the ev id to ensure that the id was in the correct group that had manager...
