Hello I am not interested in buy any third party software at this time. Enterprise Vault really lacks in features, guess I will have to clean it up manually. Thank you for your help.

Instead of changing the DefaultWebAppURL I just set the UsersCanDeleteItems to 1 and I can now delete items. Thank you for the help.

Ok, that is what I thought, unfortunately. I would be fairly happy with beeing able to manually delete top 200 biggest items in "Deleted folder", so allowing users to delete from their archive would probably do the trick. I would gladly test that out...
