Hi, thanks for the reply... 1. No. I didn't: I'll try and report back. 2. OK. I used (the 1st time I added it) the product license, not the maintenance. The system returned me "OK" after adding the license. Will let you know ASAP.

@pkh: no. I don't know. I used the Information button inside Disk Utility to get the number of files. That doesn't report which kind of file they are. I should find a better way. Suggestions are welcome.
