Well looks like the Remote Agent is not part of the SBE. We purchased the SBE, only to get the remote agent license, and now we're being told the remote agent license isn't part of the SBE.

Big thanks to Don for all his help. Yes I have put in for a quote for a SBE license. Big wheels turn slow. I'm hoping once they realize we are getting no backup until this is done things will move a little faster. Thanks all!
