URGENT!!! Veritas BE 10.0 Support Chinese Windows Server 2003 SP1?

After I installed BE 10.0 in Win2003 Server SP1, I can open the Veritas Console. When I press the shortcut, it shows Veritas & seems it can't load the user interface. There is a error in application log "event 1000" talking about some version problem...
