Hi, I have a Seagate 6241LW robotic library that I just replaced with an identical unit. However, it is not being detected as a Robotic Library, but rather as a standalone tape drive. How to fix? Thanks

I have an inventory job that lists no device name and job type unknown, and am unable to remove it and it appears to be preventing any other jobs from running. I read the article but it does not work for my situation. Suggestions?John

Well,The upgrade apparently muncged the Resource Credentials and were using the wrong account to get to the Exchange agent. All set when I reset them back to their original values. Wierd.
