I'm using EV 5 sp7. The Retrieval Service will not start it says that "The process has attempted to access a protected memory address. Event ID: 4166.

I have a question. Is there a way to make another Enterprise Vault Directory in SQL so I could have a "main directory at 2 sites instead of having 1 directory for 2 sites?Message was edited by: Andrew Tanous

Error 6336 is showing up in the application log: Error storing Saveset as Vault is not available.Everything looks fine users are able to access the vault and all of the services are running the Disk management looks fine. Anyone have any suggestions?

I'm getting a DCOM Error 10002 saying the user is ANONYMOUS LOGON/NT AUTHORITY, SID=S-1-5-7. Any idea as to why this is coming up?

I purged the enterprise vault archiving service for a5 and the service started up again.

What version of the vault are you using? On EV6 or EV5 go to Diretory XXX right click and go to properties then the advanced tab. I don't know if it is different on EV 7.
