We are running Windows 2k3 on the EV servers (6.2)...If we upgraded the 2k3 OS to SP1, are there any changes that we need to make or can we just follow the normal step to upgrade?ThanksTim

We are upgrading from 5.5 to 6.2 and we have installed everything to specs. We have completed the OWA install and the EV buttons are NOT showing up. We can see the icon for archived items, but NOT the buttons accross the Top or in the menu.ThanksTi...

We are currently in EV5 SP5 and wanted to know some of the functionality with EV6. In OWA do you have to authenticate twice to retrieve archived messages? Also in OWA do you have to download archived items to forward the message?ThanksTim

We have EV5 SP5 and would like to know if anyone can explain how to get the user extension buttons on the initial OWA (exchange 2003) page. Is this even possible? We can see the icons for archived messages and the buttons once messages are opened, ...

MA and Tony...I work with Clayton and it appears the problem is with any mailbox that you have attached under the the primary one. You can open the attachments from the archive explorer view...MA, what did you mean by the 'tools option'ThanksTim

What EV are you working with?We have EV5 SP5...our managers have decided NOT to go to EV5 SP6, but upgrade to EV6 at a later date...can this be accomplished in our current enviroment?LaterThanks
